This was a family vacation trip March 6-9 2025. We had 4 rooms. The rooms were all dirty when we checked in. I actually had to dust the room and restroom we were staying in before we unpacked. I asked for housekeeping the next morning but all they did was make the bed, no vacuuming no throwing out the trash literally just made the bed. We ran out of toilet paper the same night we checked in because it was a half roll in our restroom. There was mold in the restroom , the floors were dirty and the soap holder in the shower was broken. The breakfast was a day from expiring and consisted of oatmeal packets, muffins, cereal, coffee and bagels. Parking was an additional $10 per night to park in the hotel parking lot. The last day we were there the elevator stopped working so we had to use the stairs during check out. It was a warm place to sleep, and close to the heavenly village. Staff were nice.

Great property, friendly staff, clean room and walking distance to everything we wanted to do in South Lake. Continental breakfast was a plus and they had great coffee in the morning! Would definitely stay here again!

Ok hotel. Staff are friendly and service is good. The hotel is a bit old however and needs an upgrade. The carpets are old and some of the paint is peeling. The breakfast is below average- some manufactured bagels, muffins and coffee. Overall its a decent stay for relatively cheap but don’t expect much comfort. It does the job if all you need is a place to sleep.

Close and convenient. Hotel rooms are dirty, floor was not vacuumed, shower floor was dirty and room was dusty. Bed is very fragile and moves a lot.
