This property is completely run down. no obvious lobby. The smell when you walked in was horrible. The parking was almost impossible under steele beams. There was garbage outside of the property. The pictures do not show what this place looks like. Do not stay here. They would not refund our first stay regardless of our concerns.

The pool area was clean. The room smelled like urine and the toilet would not flush unless we took the top off the tank and manually flushed. When we complained they sent someone to fix it and then the toilet tank would not fill and would run and run. When I asked if someone could fix the toilet so it would stop running I was told they would call maintenance. I informed the front desk we would be out late and if they could assure me the toilet would be fixed when we returned. I was told they couldn't. I fixed it myself so we could sleep. I will never stay at this property again.

the property is worn down dirty and old. The rooms are dirty. To enter the lake you have to pay $30 to get in. Most hotels near the lake give you a discount. this hotel does not. The free breakfast is a joke. Our stay here was horrible. Never stay here again.

Shower doors in first room would not close .. maintenance came quickly but door shattered so had to move rooms because of glass/ blood. Second room had broken bathroom door handle, ripped carpet, cloudy tap/faucet water and the air conditioner was broken only the fan worked. Horrible experience…

The place is old and unless your driving a VW parking spaces were small (between concrete pillars under the building) and you I had to pay 10.00 to park with a reservation upon check in. We asked for a wake up call that did not happen at 5 am and when we were going to say something upon leaving at 5:20 no one at front desk. The bed was so uncomfortable and although we had air conditioning it was hot in the room, I even checked for bed bugs because I wasn't sure when the bed was last used.

The area around the window was very dirty. The window was open with no screen. We cleaned the room and remade the beds. We discovered a coffee stain on one mattress and a urine stain on the other. We did not get any maid service and we stayed 3 nights and paid $550 for 3 nights.

The place did the job. Room was clean and people friendly. Unfortunately, the in room fridge had a HORRIBLE whine to it that lasted all night long. A high pitched note that made you beg for an ice pick in the ear.

Can’t get WiFi to work, water comes out of the faucets milky white, “fresh” towels smell disgusting. Can hear every footstep from upstairs, room is very gross, towel bar broken off in bathroom, just left bracket on wall. For what we paid this is pretty shameful.
