The beautiful Exmoor National Park is only a short drive away, or a challenging hike! The spectacular North Devon Coastline with it’s golden sandy beaches and secluded coves are also within easy reach.

The property is tastefully decorated throughout in a comfortable contemporary style and acts as the perfect space to unwind and relax. Stroll into this sun filled cottage, leaving your walking boots in the welcoming entrance hall, and make your way through to the gorgeous, open-plan lounge. Here you’ll find comfortable sofas to relax on, 48” Smart TV, a vaulted ceiling and bi-folding doors looking out on to the pretty, English country garden. The pretty garden is well established, and provides the perfect vantage point to sit back and enjoy the Devon countryside and local wildlife. There is a separate dining room with original fireplace and wood burning stove that provides a lovely setting to enjoy an evening meal. The well-equipped ‘country style’ kitchen has everything you will need for preparing a meal to enjoy inside or al fresco style in the garden. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms (one king size bed & one double bed), both of which are served by a recently refurbished shower room. The property is located on a quiet country lane and has a private parking bay for two cars.

It is also home to the famous Quince Honey Farm – a great day out for the whole family. The dramatic scenery of Exmoor National Park is only a short drive away with popular local beauty spots including Landacre Bridge and Lynton and Lynmouth.
