Perched on the 8th floor of the Inverness Beach Front complex, enjoy views of the ocean and beach from the oversized balcony, living room, dining area, and kitchen. Wake up to a cup of coffee and take pleasure in watching the sunrise over the ocean and listen to the sound of the waves. Centrally located on the island, a plethora of dining, nightlife, and shopping are all within walking distance.
The comfortable living area is furnished with a plush sofa and a love seat. Light and airy finishes and coastal decor create a tranquil ambiance. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully furnished kitchen with modern appliances. In addition, the kitchen has a drip coffee pot, Keurig machine, coffee grinder, toaster, crock pot, Ninja air fryer, and Ninja margarita blender. After a fun-filled day at the beach and pool, make some popcorn and watch shows on the 44-inch living room TV with Spectrum cable and Netflix. There are splendid views of the ocean from the living room, kitchen, and dining area.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a futon that can be made into a standard size bed. There are TVs in each bedroom. The living room has a very comfortable queen size sleeper sofa bed.
The covered balcony has a dining table for alfresco meals, relaxation chairs with a foot ottoman to take in the ocean and coastline sights. Extra perks include four beach chairs, four beach towels, sand toys, cooler bags, and parking garage.

Great location with great view. Check-in was painless, plenty of garage parking, and elevators were timely. The unit itself was clean and inviting and we had a terrific “down” weekend, relaxing in the unit and walking to meals. Unexpected fireworks down the beach made for fun viewing from the balcony.

Condo was great balcony was amazing. Only complaints beds are very uncomfortable and only 2 half rolls of toilet paper were provide for our stay. Would definitely stay again perfect location if you just want to hang on the beach.

The condo was as described (the second bathroom is fun to find). The owner is great at communicating and responds quickly when you have questions. The view was fabulous and the beach was great. My family truly enjoyed the stay!!!

Right on the sand

The condo is exactly as pictured, beautiful!! The patio is more spacious than we thought, it was great. The condo had plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking, the bed space fit our family of 4 teens and 2 parents just fine! The ac was cold, the walk to the beach was easy. As recommended by our host we hopped over to port Isabel to joes oyster bar… highly recommend, it was fresh and delicious. We also all loved the sea turtle conservatory (which is very close by), souvenir shops, touring the sand castle exhibit and Kics ice cream. It was a great birthday for myself. Thank you!! We will be back!

Loved our stay here. Everything and anything you think you might need is available. We brought our own chairs and beach toys only to see she had chairs and toys. Need to iron clothes she had an iron and ironing board. The view of the beach incredible.

Stayed 3 nights, the condo was nice. Weather was cold and foggy so we spent a lot of time away. But the condo was comfortable,had everything we needed and had a large balcony with a wonderful view.

Great location and nice accommodations. Great views of the ocean and sunrises. On negative side, the building fire alarms came on one day in the middle of the night. The oven would not work because of an error code. We pulled the oven away from the wall and pulled the plug to reset the error.

Mary Beth promptly resolved an issue that came up (that was beyond her control,) when we checked in. The condo was a great value and clean. We appreciated the sand toys, beach towels and chairs.

Great family place!

Loved this condo! We had a great time with our kids and being right on the beach was perfect. Only downside was the elevators were in and out of service but definitely NOT the property owner’s fault. Overall, very happy with the visit. We plan on coming back!

Phenomenal view of the ocean

Had an incredible view, and the condo itself was very nice. The parking garage wasn’t amazing and we had a few instances of elevator troubles (one elevator was down the whole time, another elevator had its panel torn off the wall, so we had to climb a few flights of stairs to access it).

Wonderful Weekend

This was a lovely place to stay. One problem was an elevator that was out of order. I am hoping they will fix this, as for a building this large, there should be two that work well, not just one. It would be nice to have more carts available for carrying things up and down. They were scarce.
