Meidän huoneisto on 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpy pohjakerroksen huoneisto. Se on pohjakerros WALKOUT rannalle esteettömät näkymät! Ei sotkua hisseillä ja portaiden korkeammista kerroksista ... kävele vain ulos lasiovet ja olet askelta rannalle !!!

Kuvittele paikka, jossa voit herätä kauniille auringonnousulle joka aamu makuuhuoneesi mukavuuksin. Taloyhtiömme on pohjakerros rakennuksen keskustassa ja askelee kirjaimellisesti rannalle! Nauti panoraamanäkymistä makuuhuoneesta, olohuoneesta ja keittiöstä. Rentoudu terassilla illalla ja nauti valtameren äänestä ja rauhasta, jonka tarjoaa erityinen osakehuoneisto aivan erityisellä paikalla. Et yksinkertaisesti löydä huoneistoa Etelä-Padren saarelta, josta on paremmat näkymät ja pääsy rannalle.

Meidän huoneisto on todella "koti" ja tunnet, että siitä hetkestä lähtien, kun kävelet etuovi. Hyvällä maulla sisustettu ja huolellisesti ylläpidetty, hemmottele itseäsi poikkeuksellisen lomalla.
* Varauksen on oltava yli 25-vuotiaita varaamaan maaliskuun aikana, ja yli 25-vuotiaiden on oltava fyysisesti läsnä Condo Condo Association -säännöissä.

Tämä huoneisto on saanut loistavaa palautetta rantasijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta South Padre Island Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan, vesipuiston ja porealtaan. Huoneistossa tarjoaa keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Great Beach Trip

The condo was in a great location! It was clean and spacious enough for 5 of us and VERY generously stocked with necessities! We’d like to offer the following suggestions: update the photo on the listing of the view out the windows (it mislead us to think the beach was right outside the patio door); also replace the blinds in the master bedroom with ones to offer more privacy. Anyone walking by can see in at night, and in the morning when the sun comes up you can’t sleep due to the sun streaming in. The lock on the back door was also a bit wonky to lock—might need replacing.We all got bit up by mosquitoes—didn’t realize that was going to be a problem here, but that didn’t deter us from having a fun beach trip. This was our first time in South Padre, and we came at a good time to beat the summer crowd.

Wonderful island experience

I am sorry that I did not stay longer but I look forward to going back next year. So many things to do in such a short time. Food was fantastic. Nice to look out my patio door and see the sunrise. I love the stocked pantry except extra toilet tissue and a roll of paper towels would have been nice. Loved having a washer and dryer. Next time I will stay longer and spend more time at the beach. Everything about Padre was exceptional and the condo was superb. Thank you Ed for a great place to stay on vacation.

Excellent Choice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo, Ed, the owner was great at communication providing information more than an other VRBO we've stayed at complete with ideas and tips of where to go on the island. The condo was a perfect choice for location, walking directly onto the beach was a real hit. The extras in the pantry were a real treat, random things we found and used, it was very appreciated! We will definitely stay here again when in the area!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Sea Vista. The property is well maintained and secure. We had the ground level, out the front door to the pool and back door to the beach. The condo was clean and well stocked, great place for just hanging out. We definitely want to go back soon!

Nice Ground floor unit

Our stay was very relaxing and fun. The location was very nice. Ground level was great! We could walk out to the beach or walk straight out to the pool and hot tub. All beach supplies were waiting for us in a wagon on the patio- chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and more. We made breakfast every morning in the unit. The kitchen was small, but we made it work. Walked to Margaritaville and Holiday Inn for appetizers and cocktails. Had dinner at the Meatball Cafe- great place! Also had dinner at Sea Ranch -Nice dinner, but pricey. We were there October 3-8. We had a little rain a couple of days and jellyfish on the beach a few days as well. The beach is amazing. Great for long walks. We would stay here again.

Beyond what is described! We wish we could’ve stayed longer!!

When you read, “Steps from the beach”, some are not easily accessible. Not for this beautiful condo unit, which is 100% steps to the beach! To begin, communication with the owners, information, directions, provisions (pantry/beach items) were fantastic! As we only used the master, there’s plenty of space for a family to have a comfortable enjoyable stay with two full baths. Pictures won’t do it justice to describe the comfort for we had a relaxing day just hearing the waves on the patio. The location is perfect for great food beachside as well as easy access to the grocery stores if you intend a longer stay. The two of us are looking forward to another and hopefully a longer stay. As my husband is the snow guy & I am the the beach goer, we trade off. Thank you to the Raposa family!!!

Perfect beach condo!!

We had the best time staying here! We just went for a little getaway and have been to South Padre many times. But, this condo was perfect. It was so clean in the morning views were breathtaking. Very short, walk to the beach across the sand. Great pool and hot tub that is just the right size. Close to Margaritaville and their restaurant and bar. Accessible to everything. Owner is very responsive and polite. We had a lot of Internet issues while I was there which were not his fault and he went out of his way to spend his day, trying to fix it for us And was very communicative with multiple emails informing me of the situation. Anything and everything you could need is in this place including a wagon and chairs and umbrellas and everything for your beach trip. There is a stocked pantry and it is kind of like a pay it forward system. We bought extra laundry soap for our use and then left the rest behind as well as some other things. Very spacious place and extremely comfortable quiet and relaxing. Highly highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again.

EVERYTHING TURNED OUT GREAT. APPRECIATED THE AMENITIES INSIDE THE PROPERTY AND THE CLOSE ACCESS TO THE BEACH. I WAS A LITTLE SURPRISED THAT I DID NOT FIND ANY OUTSIDE PORCH LIGHTS. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A PLEASURE STAYING THERE.
