Downstairs has separate bedroom, living area and kitchen. A private yard blooms with tropical landscaping, and an elegant sparkling pool. One garages runs the length of the house and has been turned into a game room with foosball, pool table and darts. Go for a refreshing dip in the sparkling swimming pool, cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ grill, or spend all day at the beach! Enjoy the LATITUDE ADJUSTMENT at Gulfside Gathering Place!

Our beach home is a pet friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. *We strongly encourage that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.*
