"Sea Vista Living Room" on varmasti suosikki laajasta seinästä seinään, josta näyttää olevan niin lähellä merinäköalaa, tuntuu siltä, että voisit helposti upottaa varpaasi siihen suoraan olohuoneesta. Olohuoneen sohva on vuodesohva.

Sea Vista Living Room -alueen sisustus on varustettu moderneilla huonekaluilla. Parvekkeelle pääsee vain askeleen päässä. Täysi viihdekeskus sisältää taulu-LCD-TV: n perheesi illanviettoon ja viihdettä varten.

"Sea Vista -makuuhuone" tarjoaa näkymät merelle ja hiekkarannalle aivan suurten avoimien ikkunoiden ja parvekkeen näkymistä. Siinä on kauniisti muotoillut king-vuoteet, muhkeat peitot ja upouudet muhkeat patjat, liitetty kylpyhuone ja vaatekaappi sekä LCD-TV.

”Sea Vista Bedroom 2” on aikuisen yksityinen retriitti, jossa on queen-size-vuode ja kerrossänky (nukkuu 4), hiljattain uusittu kylpyamme, jossa on graniitti turhamaisuutta. Kauniit nykyaikaiset huonekalut ja ylelliset lakanat. Nauti taulutelevisiosta katsomassa suosikkiohjelmasi yöllä.

The condo wasn’t clean upon arrival. We had to wash & dry sheets (you could tell they hadn’t been washed by the amount of hair in the sheets) at 9:30 pm. Toilet & sink clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Towel racks & faucets very loose. Also disposal didn’t work. Just not kept up. Very disappointing.

I did not receive any information about checking in, gate or door codes, etc. I tried contacting the host but did not get a satisfactory reply. Luckily, we have stayed at Sea Vista before and knew we needed to check in at the security office. The lady there was extremely helpful and got our apt # and code. Once there, we enjoyed the apartment a great deal.

Great Location. Poor Communication with Property Mgmt..

1. We arrive to the condo and the A/C wasn't working. I called early Tuesday morning and finally got fixed around 4 pm. Condo temp was over 82 degrees the whole night.2. No bathing soap, shampoo or washing machine detergent even though the ad stated it was supplied. Mgmt. never brought us any during our stay. 3. Condo had 3 TV's- Living room TV missing the remote, mgmt. brought us a replacement remote late afternoon but the remote says clearly "Not Compatible with ROKU" (The TV is a ROKU so it never worked). The TV in the guest bedroom never connected to internet so it never worked and the master bedroom TV finally worked on the 3rd day. 4. I received a call from property mgmt. stating that the condo was "For Sale" and could they bring people over to look at it while we were there. I told them Yes to the one visit only. Should not have been asked while it was occupied.I emailed before we left asking for compensation for the inconvenience of everything but I still have not received a reply from the property management. I will file a complaint with my credit card company for refund payment. We expected better service with the price we paid.

Family time

The condo was just as advertised - right on the beach for evening strolls and morning sunrises. The beach cafe next door was awesome to walk to for food and drinks. We had a wonderful and relaxing time.

This was the third unit that we rented at the sea Vista condos. The overall facility is well maintained. I would rent this unit again. It shows some signs of age and we could tell that the cleaning crew could have doe a better job, but everything that we needed to be functional was working just fine.

Good place

Unit was nice. We’d been in the same model in that building before and lined this one a little more. Furniture above average. A couple oddball logistical issues that local management addressed very quickly. Very satisfied with their response. … Only real downside to unit is window coverings in the second bedroom. Can’t make the room nearly dark enough. … Beyond that, unit and building both good.

Great location

This condo has a great location close to the beach and it wasn’t as densely populated since it’s closer to the end. The condo was spacious and clean and the view was gorgeous. A few things to note: The condo faces east and the master bedroom does not have light blocking curtains. The sun will wake you up at the crack of dawn. There wasn’t a way to even hang blankets to block the light. The wifi is not great. Very spotty and this also resulted in the tv glitching off of any streaming apps frequently. Besides those 2 issues it was a great place to stay and if they put up light blocking curtains, we would stay again.

The unit needs some updating, master bath needs a new shower faucet, guest bath needs a new fan, the unit needs new bath rugs, the ones there are old and smell. Otherwise the location is great, great ocean views, quick access to the beach, overall enjoyed it!

Overall Recommend

The view and location are hard to beat!! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the balcony as well. The gated entry parking lot was nice. The deteriorating ceiling in the living room was a draw back. The shower leaked and the toilet paper holder in the master bath was broken off. Other than that, I'd recommend this condo.

Needs some work

The location was great and the building was nice but the unit needed a little help. There is water damage on the ceiling in the living room, the fan in the master was unusable (fortunately we had a screw driver), the toilet paper holder was broken, and the 2nd bathroom needed a good scrubbing. Good price but some maintenance is needed.

Sea vista sand castles so padre

Water Leaked and plaster fell for 2 days. Called the management on arrival w problem . They said maintenance would b there next morning no one came. If condo had been checked hours before our arrival the problem could have been taken care of. And the shoWer leaked my partner said it was a shoWer pan leak. I believe we are owed a refund for the inconvenience and we almost fell due to the amount of water leaking onto floor.

Location and view were great! The windows were not cleaned. It would have looked much better with cleaner windows. We cleaned it ourselves. There was toothpaste spit on sink and a white hair in one of the towels. The comforters for 2nd bedroom were visibly dirty. Ended up washing towels and comforter before I used them. Sand in shower. Was also dusty all around. Overall it was okay though. Loved the decor. Pretty paintings and the view from the balcony outweighed the uncleanness of the condo. It was beautiful.. Just expected it to be much cleaner for the price. Also, was really nice that there were two pools and hot tubs. Even though one hot tub wasn't very warm. Was still nice to have two though. It was also very peaceful here. Not alot of loud people or partying. Huge plus for us!

Summer vacation

My wife and I stayed here for a few days last summer (2019) and enjoyed it so much we came back again this summer. The condo has everything you need for a nice get away. Very comfortable and nicely decorated and a great spot on the beach, away from most of the crowds, but close enough to most restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!

Best location on SPI. Great time.

The property was easily accessed and check in was simple. We’d never been to Southh Padre before and it was great. The beds were comfortable and the place was well furnished. It obviously wasn’t built yesterday but maintained. There were a few cosmetic things I would have fixed like water damage on the ceiling but the access to the beach made up for that. The six of us had a great time and hope to return some day.

Beautiful View

The condo has breathtaking views of the Gulf. The size was perfect for a family getaway. This location offers access to a semi private beach. It was our first time traveling to South Padre Island at this this time of the year and the weather was perfect and the beach was not over crowded. There was only one drawback to this actual condo. The patio lock was broken and the mini blinds were not functioning. So we were not able to access or use the patio. It would have been great to pull the mini blinds up to have a full view of the beach especially since the lock was broken. I contacted the on site property manager as well as the customer service number but they were not able to resolve lock issue during our stay. Over all the condo and the stay worked well for us as a family but it would have been great to walk out onto the balcony and the take in the beautiful 4th floor view. We have stayed at the Sea Vista Condos on multiple occasions and have no concerns that the issue will be resolved. I would definitely recommend and stay at this condo again in the future.
