We booked a room with kitchenette based on the pictures on their website. What we got was nothing like the pictures! The stove was filthy. Countertop and top of fridge hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time!! Kitchen supplies were almost non-existent. No hair dryer! Our patio door was off the runner and didn’t open properly. Bathroom tub faucet was detached from the wall and water temperature was almost impossible to regulate. The AC unit was barely affixed to the wall and there was a constant whistling throughout the night. The pool and hot tub area left a lot to be desired…definitely below standard! Internet/wifi was terrible! Beds were comfortable enough. The hotel, including our room, is very dated, in dire need of an update. Overall rated 2 out of 10 and would not recommend! We ended up checking out early and moving to the Isla Grand down the street.

Liked how it was located near a beach access. Did not like the air conditioner/heater unit running constantly even through the night. The hot tub was not heated. The vending area was sparse. No entertainment in the hotel.

Kitchen is nice-actually has cups, plates, cutting board, soap. Nice size room- stocked well for long stays. Bed comfortable. Nicer than I thought. I’d stay again.

The staff at the hotel did upgrade the room because of it and uncleanliness. The floor was filthy and made our socks dirty when we walked on it. We were upgraded so they made up for it, but initially not good.

Nice stay for a long weekend. However, you can hear through the walls when people are in the hallway just talking. Definitely a snowbird hotel for retired people which makes it friendly. Very outdated facility but great location to the beach and downtown.

This has always been our favorite place to stay because it has all the essentials plus beach access. It was nice to see the hotel is slowly being renovated (floors) However, this time our stay was a bit disappointing - We stayed in room 312. Upon exiting the elevator, the smell of cannabis was very present.The restaurant next door blocked the beach view. The AC unit was horribly loud, we would wake up every time the unit started. The beds were caved in. We wanted to have a nice, relaxing time but had a not so restful stay - woke up tired.

It was a small room but I love the balcony view you get to see the ocean from where you’re at. You could tell it’s an old building but it’s well maintained. Staff was excellent and got every of my needs.

SpaceX Starship Must Watch

The views were amazing. Come to see a starship launch. This did not disappoint. Awesome walk to the north end of the island to watch the launch. Would do again many times over. Bucket List Must.
