Please note that the Suntide II HOA has scheduled major structural repairs on some Gulf balconies.
The work is scheduled from May 4th to May 22nd. Condos can still be occupied, but guests should be aware of potential noise and dust around the property during the day.
Important: If a guest's unit balcony is under repair or is located beneath a unit being repaired, access to that deck will be closed off during those dates.

The portable food cart makes serving meals a breeze. The dining area comfortably fits 6 guests. There is a new refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
Relax in your oasis in the newly remodeled primary bedroom with soothing, soft blue tones. Enjoy the ocean view through floor-to-ceiling windows while reading a favorite book or watching a movie on the flat-screen TV and DVD player while lying on the comfortable king-size bed. The primary ensuite features playful ocean mosaic walls, a double-sink marble vanity, a walk-in closet with a 3-drawer dresser, a 5-shelf linen closet, and a newly remodeled custom tile shower with sliding glass doors.
The cozy guest bedroom features two full-size beds to ensure a restful sleep. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, 6-drawer dresser, and a small walk-in closet with a storage shelf. Freshen up in the attached guest bathroom, which features a beautiful marble vanity, drawers below for storing toiletries, a 5-shelf linen closet, and a tub/shower combo.
The Suntide ll Condominium Community offers various activities to make your day fun. Enjoy a thrilling game of tennis, lounge by the pool, or unwind in the hot tub. Enjoy direct ocean access to the beach, and if you so choose, stop for a game of beach volleyball along the way.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
