The open plan beach house offers ocean views, sea breezes and the gentle sounds of the ocean at night.

Inside you will find a large living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. There is an additional family room/teenager retreat with a kitchenette including a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Both living areas have Smart TVs and comfortable lounges. Split-system air-conditioning in all living areas ensures that you will be cool in Summer and warm in Winter.

The ensuite to the master bedroom offers a large bath. Bedroom 2 also has an ensuite and the large main bathroom has a separate toilet. Both main bedrooms have split-system air conditioning.

Other features include WiFi, full laundry with washing machine and dryer and built-ins in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The large double lock up garage and space on the double driveway ensures ample parking space.
