The facility is recently renovated and updated. Very clean, nice location. Front desk staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay there again and definitely recommend.

Beds were ok as comfort level went. As an older adult after 2 days I was done. The gal who was taking care of the breakfast went above and beyond. The man at the front desk was ok. Not as personable as I would have expected. We did not need any housekeeping during our short stay so I cannot comment on them. We stayed here years ago the Reno to the rooms was much needed. Oh the beds have a hollow bottom so every time you turnover you hear the hollowness. And you can hear it from the rooms above. The hot tub was nice but needed some repair on the outside of it the stone work area. I am not a fan of carpets in the rooms I would prefer no carpeting. They would be more up on the times with a pod type coffee pot in the rooms and a small microwave. They do have a microwave in a common area. With coffee and tea. A 3 pm snack in this area might be nice like some baked cookies or fruit. I mean store bought baked and put out. Just a nice touch.

While property was convenient and well maintained, it is very outdated and lacks any sense of style. Of specific concern was the lack of an elevator. Additionally, the geological set up in the main building lacks effective signs directing people towards rooms overlooking inside pool.

The staff was incredible! I needed to check in early and check-out late due to my son's wedding at Wychmere Club House and they were excellent in trying to accommodate this special request. The GM Peter Patel was outstanding!! He made us feel welcomed and provided wonderful references to us. We would love to return and stay longer than what we did on Labor Day weekend. love location - GREAT shower & bathroom! room very clean n quite comfy - only issue was people upstairs had very heavy feet very loud. walls are thin can hear every door slam but i’d return again
