Very nice owners/staff. Clean and centrally located . Only issue, was the street construction, which started early every morning. Outside of the owner’s control, but put a little damper on the stay. Again, great location , room and staff/ owners.

4 night stay

The room was clean, bed firm, but needs more counter space or shelf to put personal items on. Bathroom def needs an update from the 80's. No carpeting, which we prefer. Water Dept. road work in the entire neighborhood, off Rt. 28, with lots of detours. Very confusing, asked a cop if it was ok? to get to the motel! Overall, decent and clean place, heated outdoor pool and friendly staff.

A weekend away

I would say that our stay at the Ocean Breeze Motel was excellent. Unexpectedly close to the Beach. The accommodations were a good mix of retro and new. The pool was very nice. I also liked how they have a noise curfew. Very well lighted at night. A great stay for those who want to have a getaway and relax.

Would be happy to go back again.

This is an older motel that has been completely redone. Lovely linens and very clean. Good variety of food for breakfast. The owners could not have been more friendly and helpful.

I wish that the staff explained that housekeeping does visit your room during your stay. If you need linens you had to go to the office and ask for clean towels etc. I don’t know what you are to do when your trash can gets filled because no one asked if we needed it emptied. We were there for 5 days and 4 nights. Staff were very nice.

The owners do not clean the room daily. Limited soap and towels etc. They only clean it if you are there over 7 days. We left before the final night and stayed in another hotel. Who would ever stay here over 7 days. Simply a poor beach motel with saggy mattresses. I the room had a bad odor.

The Ocean Breeze Motel is a great choice for those visiting the South Yarmouth area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It has a well maintained pool and plenty of parking. The staff was so accommodating. The continental breakfast was very nice. It was only a five minute walk to the closest beach. I would definitely stay there again!!

Absolutely lovely place! A less than 5 minute walk to a serene beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful and there were grocery stores, restaurant a, and ice cream a short drive away (some restaurants walking distance)
