Brand new 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath home located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Perfect for Large Families.
Impeccable attention to detail during construction. Spend your summer in our back yard oasis which features a heated pool with spa, outdoor kitchen/bar, outdoor tv / couch area, outdoor teak dining, firepit area all on 1.4 acres. Outdoor pool bath for easy swimming/changing. 3 car garage. Sonos music throughout the house including the outside pool area.

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac street-perfect for relaxing walks with the family or teaching young children how to bike rides.

The inside of the house is just as spectacular. The 1st floor has an open floor plan with a large kitchen, high end appliances, large island that seats 6, open pantry with wine, and can fridges, living room with comfortable large L shaped couch, gas fireplace, 75" built in tv. Dining room seats 8-10 as well as a 1st floor office for your work needs. House is hard wired for wifi with numerous access points for easy work from home days. Primary bedroom /bathroom are on the 1st floor and this overlooks the backyard/pool area. Remote controlled blinds for your convenience as well as a large tv. His/her walk in closets are within. Primary Bathroom boasts marble floors, a clawfoot soaking tub, extra large vanity with double sinks and an expansive walk in shower with rainfall shower head.

The 2nd floor has the additional 4 bedrooms and another large living room with theatre seating and a 75" built in tv. All tv's on the 2nd floor have apple tv's.
Bedroom #2 is the Junior Suite -this room has a King bed, tv, walk in closet, large bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub and walk in shower.
Bedroom #3 faces north and overlooks the pool. This bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, tv and an en suite bath.
Bedroom#4 faces south and has a Queen size bed, walk in closet. The bathroom is located just outside of this bedroom.
Bedroom #5 can be used as a guest bedroom or a second home office. It has a Queen size bed.

Fabulous!

The house far surpassed our expectations. It's beautifully constructed and the yard and pool area were perfect for entertaining. The hosts are extremely helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend it!
