Shopping center within walking distance. A park close to the house that is perfect for those park lovers. Work space available with desk for all those working from home or travel for work. You will enjoy this quiet space. Note. There a 2 cameras on this property. One at entrance of house and one at back of the property.NO PARTIES, NO PARKING ON STREET, ONLY GUESTS REGISTERED ALLOWED IN PROPERTY, FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF MORE THAN 4 ARE IN PROPERTY, NO PARKING ON GRASS, NO SMOKING ON FRONT OF HOUSE, NO ILLEGAL DRUGS, IF GRILL IS USED MUST LEAVE CLEAN, SMOKING IN THE HOUSE WILL RESULT IN A 500 CLEANING FEE, ANYTHING DAMAGED YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE.
