The heart of the home is a chef-inspired gourmet kitchen built for cooking and entertaining. Enjoy dual ranges, two refrigerators, two microwaves, and two dishwashers, plus a massive dining island where everyone can gather.
The open-concept living area flows seamlessly onto the first of three spacious decks, offering beautiful lake views and the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
For families traveling with little ones, a retractable baby gate is available to safely close off the stairs.
This level also features two private King suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom and ceiling fan for comfort.

• Cancellation policy: Guest receives 100.00% (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

SUMMER SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY— 2027

Summer Season: May 28, 2027 – September 5, 2027

Reservations for the 2027 Summer Season are non-refundable after February 28, 2027.

If you need to cancel your reservation after February 28, 2027, and we are able to rebook the dates for the same or greater value, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less a $100 cancellation fee.

If we are unable to rebook the canceled dates, no refund will be issued.

Reservations canceled on or before February 28, 2027 are subject to the property's standard cancellation policy.
