Villa il Barco is immersed in the absolute silence of the Umbrian countryside, just a few minutes from Spello.

The property boasts a private fenced garden with lawn, dining area with large table, barbecue and picnic area, ideal for alfresco meals.

Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a beautiful pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1.40 m), open from 1st June to 30th September, and equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and parasols.

At guests' disposal also a private parking for 8 cars.

Internal Description

Villa il Barco is made up of 4 apartments and 1 bedroom, all with independent entrance. The entire property can accommodate up to 25 people, has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included.

All apartments and the bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. 2 baby cots and 1 high chair are available on request. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed on request at an extra cost.

Apartment 1: Located on the ground floor, this apartment for 4 people with views of Spello and Assisi, consists of: a double bedroom with wardrobe, desk and direct access to the garden; a bathroom with shower, equipped for disabled people; a bright living area with fireplace, dining table, tv, double sofa bed, and kitchen. The kitchen is provided with: stove, fridge, oven, and electric kettle. Externally the apartment boasts a private patio with table and chairs.

Apartment 2: This apartment for 5 people on the ground floor, with a view of Assisi, is made up of: a triple bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed) with direct access to the garden; a bathroom with shower; a large living area with a double sofa bed, fireplace, tv, dining table, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with: stove, fridge, oven, and electric kettle. The apartment also has an outdoor patio with table and chairs.

Apartment 3: Located on the first floor, this apartment for 7 people is spread over 2 levels (ground floor and mezzanine) offering a splendid view over the garden, Spello and Mount Subasio. The ground floor consists of: 1 double bedroom with wardrobe; a bathroom with shower; a spacious living area with tv, fireplace, dining table, double sofa bed, and a kitchen equipped with stove, fridge, oven, and electric kettle. Going up a short staircase you can reach the mezzanine where there is 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

Apartment 4: This apartment for 7 people is located on the first floor, boasting a view over Assisi, and a covered terrace with dining table for 25 people and chairs. It is made up of: 1 double bedroom; 1 triple bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed) with wardrobe; a bathroom with shower and washing machine; a large living area with fireplace, tv, double sofa bed, dining table, and kitchen. The kitchen is provided with: stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and electric kettle. The living area has direct access to the covered terrace.

Bedroom: Located on the first floor with a delightful view of Assisi, this double bedroom has tv, chest of drawers, minibar, electric kettle, and bathroom with shower (not ensuite).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); heating on consumption; pets allowed on request at an extra cost (maximum 1 pet - 15,00€); babysitting service on request (10.00€ per hour, to be booked well in advance); use of washing machine (7.00€ per wash). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
