The Space:

Crisp winter air fills the forest as you arrive at your secluded Tennessee retreat, where quiet trails wind through towering trees and the soft glow of a fire pit lights the night sky. Mornings unfold with gentle light across 120 acres of open land, inviting you to breathe deeply and linger over shared meals. Evenings settle around the wood‑burning fire pit, the stars reflected in the stillness of two stocked ponds, while the scent of pine lingers in the cool breeze. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, reuniting with family, or hosting a retreat, the expansive private campground offers space to gather, relax, and create lasting memories.



Sleeping arrangements

- Three tiny homes, each with a bedroom, loft, and pull‑out sofa bed.

- An original cabin with two bedrooms and a full‑size laundry room.

- Five RV sites with full hookups for additional guests.

- Tent camping space available for larger groups.

Bed linens are provided for the beds in the cabins only. The property sleeps 16+ guests across 11 bedrooms and 14 beds, with 5.5 baths.

A well‑stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, mini fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, and coffee maker. Cooking basics and dining essentials are provided, and a large dining table offers ample room for communal meals.



Comfort & convenience

Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace support both short visits and longer stays. A washer and dryer, clothing storage, hangers, and an iron add everyday ease. Family‑friendly amenities such as a pack‑n‑play and high chair are available. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first‑aid kit. The property is pet‑friendly, smoking is allowed, and self‑check‑in is provided through a smart lock.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the 400 acres of this property excluding select owners closets.

If you will have more than a total of 31 persons in your reservation, please reach out to us prior to making your reservation and advise on the total number for your event.



All vehicles, including off road vehicles must remain on the gravel roads at this property. You are responsible for any destruction of our trails caused by on or off-road vehicles.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available by app messenger from 8am through 10pm daily.
