The location cannot be beat! Walking distance to public beaches, bike/walking trails, playgrounds, and quiet streets for a relaxing family vacation! You’ll enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle where you can have a more enjoyable stay at an economical price, and then you’ll have plenty of extra money to go out for amusements/entertainment and food/drinks!. The house is located 1/2 a block from Big Spirit Lake, but within walking distance to East Lake. This loft is perfect to accommodate you for your summer family vacation, fall hunting trip, or winter ice fishing trips.

Note that this setup is an open concept studio like a hotel with beds together in the large room. There is a kitchenette with sink/disposal, microwave/toaster/toaster oven.

Don't bring dirty laundry home. There is a washer and dryer on site for guests to use in the garage (below the loft) that's onsite. It is a shared washer and dryer.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Main House on the property sleeps 6. The loft above the garage sleeps 6. Please inquire about booking the entire property to accommodate 12 people.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a gas grill, outdoor dog kennel, and a fish cleaning station. These are all 1st come 1st serve due to the main house being on the property and may be rented out during your stay as well.
