This home has oversized rooms and 2 large living rooms. Vaulted Ceilings. Large fenced backyard with a brand new deck. New hardwood floors. Laundry room with washer dryer. Tons of parking. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything Spokane has to offer!

Bedroom 1: New King size bed with Tempur pedic mattress, new 77 inch Samsung 4k TV. walk in bathroom and walk in closet. Second bedroom 2 twin beds that can make one king if you want. both beds have a new Lucid Mattress. 3rd Bedroom is also a Master with a walk in closet. This room has a great area for a toddler bed. It also has a Queen Bed and a 4k TV. One living room is on a lower level with 4 Leather power reclining theater seats and a brand new 75 inch 4k TV. The family room has Vaulted Ceilings and a giant new sectional with a brand new 65 inch 4k TV. Even the Samsung fridge is brand New and has a TV. The home is located on an oversized wide street with tons of street parking and plenty of parking in the driveway of course. It is located about 14 min from downtown. 8 minutes from the mall. 5 minutes from Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx etc. There is literally over 50 restaurants and eateries located under 10 minutes away. 2 golf courses are also within 10 minutes. Across the street is dirt trails for extra fun.

Great place, very comfortable!

This home is well appointed and it's true; everything is new. The beds are super comfy (tempurpedic master!), so much so that my son wants his bed at home just like the adventure house. A couple remodel projects aren't complete yet but they were on the lower level and didn't impact our stay at all. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of different spaces to hang out, watch TV or talk. We were just a quick drive stores and restaurants. Great place to stay!
