We flew out Sunday and notified hotel we'd fly back Wednesday nite late and would need shuttle. Called again Wednesday afternoon to verify shuttle service. Was not until we landed that shuttle could bot run and we'd have to find alternate transportation which cost $50

Overall it was a great overnight stay. I did need a handicap equipped room- they only have 1, I called the day before my arrival to make sure I had it reserved was told that I did, but upon checking in my arrangements had changed and someone else was given the room. Very disappointed

Great little place to spend an overnight

The beds were super comfy, the metal sidewalls of the bed were weird and noisy. the floors are redone inside the room and all was decorated nicely for how old the building is. I was shocked that the bathroom outlet actually worked and I could do makeup inside the bathroom with a very nice lighted mirror. First Hotel I have been at that the outlet wasn't broken. The continental breakfast didn't support a Tea option. And the breakfast selection had very little left available, as we noticed families lived there and were gorging on huge over stacked plates of mini muffins eggs and waffles. It was being utilized as a buffet for people living there fulltime. The staff was super friendly and helpfull.

I booked this online for my best friend of 49 years! Her father (my second dad) is in the hospital dying and we just found out, so I helped her get a plane ticket in hopes that she will get to say goodbye to him. Her flight left very early and I knew your shuttle would get her there in time 🥰 When she checked in, she was upgraded to a suite! That was so kind of your staff to assist in giving her some extra comgort in this stressful part of her life! You even provided her with some muffins and an orange so she didn't starve on her long flight across the country ❤️ My husband and I will contiue staying there whenever we fly and I am sure you have made a new customer for life with my bestie! She is also a great reviewer, so I'm sure she will recommend your hotel to others. This proves that great customer service and a bit of kindness can make all the difference in someone's life! She is on the plane now, but had no way to get any food, so I'm sure she is extreamly grateful for the breakfast to go! Thank you so much for taking care of her when I couldn't! ❤️

Heat was turnedoff so room was freeazing cold, staff was hard to find for assistance. The breakfast wasnt worth eating, plus fridge was locked and count get to the milk or butter, asked but ataff could not find keys, went to McDonalds instead.
