The Hotel itself and staff were fine. I wasn't aware I had to ASK for room cleaning. I booked a 5-night stay. I called after the 3rd night and asked if I was going to get fresh towels, linens etc. I was told I had to request it. Really? On a stay that long. I had to asked for toilet paper and tissue from the front desk on two separate days. I caught a housekeeper in the parking lot and asked her if she was coming to clean my room today? That was finally on a Sunday, and I had been there since Thursday. She brought clean towels and a roll of toilet paper. The parking situation sucked as well. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again, nor will I recommend this Hotel. More like, Motel.

I was charged for parking then wasn’t able to park in the lot and had to park down the street so the convenience of that wasn’t the best. Otherwise it was a clean and quiet area. Lots of dining areas in walking distance.

Absolutely loved the convenience of Hotel Ruby's location. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. We came for a show at The Knitting Factory and this was hands down the best hotel option for the location. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast vouchers for Rosie's next door were a great perk! Highly recommend staying here and we'll absolutely be back!

When we got the key to our room and went to unlock the door. It was already open. Must’ve left open by mistake. We checked the room for safety before we unpacked and it was ok and clean.

For the amount of money they charge thr place is not worth it. There pics are deceiving. The area is not safe. The room felt dirty. The lamp shades were stained dark yellow. I have pics.....did not feel safe walking the dog.
