I enjoyed the convenient location to the airport. The biggest negatives were during my stay of August 16th thru the morning of the 18th. First, I was placed in a handicap room. This was not as much of a problem as when I tried to open the curtain (which would not open) and looked behind it, I saw that the 'pool' and the area around it was packed with fans and other equipment. Obviously, this area was being used as storage. Then the morning of the 18th, I find out that breakfast was going to be delayed because someone did not show up. I had to leave at 7:15 am on that morning for a bicycle tour. Luckly, the Springhill Suites allowed me to eat breakfast at their location. Needless to say, I was nervous about staying there at the end of the tour on August 22nd thru the 23rd. Fortunately, that one night stay went much better and breakfast on the 23rd was ready on time. The rating would be much lower this stay not gone much better. Thanks, Greg

Nicest Ramada I have ever stayed in. It could be a model of excellence for Ramada nationwide. Indoor pool and hot tub were welcome find after long day of airl travel. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

If you are traveling it is within walking distance to the airport. We loved the outdoor patio area's with firepits. the restaurant had outdoor seating with good food.

I just walked over from the Spokane Airport, less than a 5 minute walk, and check in was super fast, room was super sized and very clean and comfortable.

Our rooms tub didn’t drain, we had standing water while showering about a half of a tub full. Otherwise great stay. The 509 restaurant has great food but slim on stuff towards closing time. What happened to 24 hour coffee?? That was a little disappointing

Poor stay

We checked in, to avoid a long drive home. We’ve stayed here before. Place obviously needs some assistance. Close to airport etc. On this stay, the toilet bowl had been blown up by maybe last stay, and the cleaning person never cleaned it up. Chunks of poop and streaks still in the bowl. I’m like , are you kidding me. How could they leave it like that, and rent it out. Not at all professional.
