The beds here are so comfortable, and I love that I can set the fan to run to kill any hallway noise. Great staff, restaurant stays open late, easy walk to the airport. The cleaning is also very well done.

Stated there for dinner and it took over an hour to get our food. They brought the food and forgot our strips and we only got fries. When our bill came they charged for food that we didn’t get. The water slide was closed and that was the only reason we got that hotel. The shower had mold and the shower curtain did too. We called for a little late check out and the front desk older lady was in a very bad mood and was not polite. Overall we didn’t enjoy the stay at all.

After arriving around 10:30pm, I tried to call for the shuttle. Two different attempts got me multiple loops of a ringing phone, then a message to start over again. We finally walked almost half a mile to the hotel lobby, where I was told that "I was really busy, I had six people in line checking in and I am the only one here." So, maybe if I had kept calling for another 15-20 minutes, she would have had time to answer the phone and dispatch the shuttle? Inexcusable! I will look for other options next time I need them at GEG.

We lived this place, I was there with two of my granddaughters and my daughter. Everyone from the front desk, cafe employees, bar restraint employees to the maids were amazing.. I will definitely stay again.. oh the pool with the waterslide was for sure the best for the grandkids..

Front desk was very sweet and professional. Our room was super clean and organized love that. My kiddo love the pool super clean and maintance guy was super nice and welcoming. Didn’t get to enjoy breakfast but smelled so delicious. Definitely coming back to this hotel is right next to airport and I can’t hear any noice .

The front office gal was super sweet. Then when we got to our room it was only a single bed. They said they have been having issues with Expedia doing that. When going back up to the front desk the manager got a little snippy. Asked for military discount, unable to do that because we booked with Expedia. They changed our room to a double bed, it was a little moldy smelling but worked. The Moose Saloon is a great place to eat and close.
