It's always a pleasure staying here at spring Hill by the airport I've never had any issues one employee that comes to mind her name is Shelby not sure about her last name but she is wonderful she was able to switch rooms when needed and actually cleaned a room late at night when she didn't need to but she did wonderful person glad she works there

I would have scored a 5, but the shower was lukewarm (at best). It's hard to understand why Springhill Suites would do this. Although very convenient at the airport, will not stay again.
