THE FARM

Poreta BioFarm is biodynamically organized. Absolutely NO chemicals. TOTALLY NATURAL.....t

Traditional farming methods used on this farm that are as old as time itself.

Organic farming at its best, using the sun, the moon and the stars.

There are no animals on the farm.

Poreta Bio Farm grows flowers (for honey), 3 types of bean, chick peas, barley, blackberries, raspberries, olives and grapes, employing ONLY the natural rhythms of the universe. All rather fascinating stuff.

Olive oil is produced on the farm.

The farm has been using these traditional methods for 400 years!

THE ACCOMMODATION – THE 2 SUITES ARE NEVER BOOKED SEPARATELY

The 2 suites are only ever booked to the SAME party. This ensures exclusivity of the pool.

Aircon throughout both suites.

The farm is a series of what were once farm cottages.

With the exception of the holiday rental accommodation, these ex farm cottages now house a museum of traditional farm equipment and areas for the biological products, all grown on the farm, prepared for distribution in the locality to shops and restaurants.

The holiday rental accommodation consists of 2 elegant suites, each with 2 double bedrooms, 1 kitchen/diner and at least 1 bathroom.

Each of the 3 bathrooms has a shower – no tub.

Each of the 2 kitchens is fully fitted with a hob, oven, fridge-freezer etc.

Each suite sleeps 4 persons.

Each suite has 2 double bedrooms.

There are 4 double bedrooms in total, 2 of which contain twin beds that can be joined by request.

A total of 8 persons can be accommodated in both suites.

Both suites have their own independent entrance.

One suite is on the ground floor and has 2 bathrooms. The other is to the side of it and on the upper floor.

Each is totally independent of the other.

A washing machine + ironing facilities are located in a wash room that is independently located nearby.

The owner and his wife live in a totally different part of this huge farm and have their own private outside areas that cannot be seen by you. You are NOT overlooked. You are completely private.

The gardens surrounding you and the pool are exclusively yours.

WALK TO SAN GIACOMO…

It is 1 km to San Giacomo, about a 10 mins walk, through sensational countryside….poppy and sunflower fields, olive groves and vineyards.

In San Giacomo, you will find a small shopping centre with all the usual amenities.

As soon as you have booked, we put you directly in touch with Erika, (and other contacts), who will advise you accordingly.
