The Space:

Facing north and designed to maximise light and views, the layout is made for easy holiday living. Mornings start with sunshine and sea air, and long lunches stretch out on the expansive front deck—partially covered and perfectly positioned to soak up the coastline.

Inside, the open-plan living space feels connected and relaxed, with a natural flow between the kitchen, dining, and lounge. The kitchen itself is both bold and practical—featuring high end appliances, a statement island bench, custom joinery, and punchy styling.

There are four generous bedrooms, all with built-ins and designed to maximise light and outlook. The two bedrooms downstairs are furnished with queen beds and comfortable furnishings.

Neighbourhood Description
Spring Beach sits right next to Orford, a laidback coastal town and the starting point for exploring Tasmania’s stunning East Coast. Just an hour from Hobart, Orford has all the essentials including an IGA, a woodfired pizza spot, and a handful of local favourites like Elly’s East Coast Kitchen and Wattlebanks Coastal Café and Providore—perfect for when you don’t feel like cooking. You’ll also find classic country pubs serving up a great parmy.

For beach days, you’re spoilt for choice. Spring Beach and nearby Stapleton’s are ideal for swimming, while East Shelley Beach is a good go-to when the breeze picks up. For something quieter, Rheban Beach is just a 15-minute drive away.

If hiking’s more your pace, the Three Thumbs Track offers incredible views over Orford, Spring Bay and Maria Island. The 4km loop takes about two hours and winds through dry eucalypt forest and pockets of temperate rainforest.
