The house is perfect for large groups, and it offers 5 large sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a variety of spacious open plan entertaining and dining areas, a wood burning fireplace ,reverse cycle split system air conditioning and fitted with double glazed windows throughout for year round comfort.
This is the perfect getaway for a couple of families, or a group of friends and the house is immaculately fitted out with all the comforts you need to relax, whether its for a weekend escape or a longer break, at any time of year.

Stoke up the 6 burner stainless steel BBQ and sit out on the entertaining decks amongst the natural bush setting while your kids run around the large fully enclosed backyard playing on the swings, having a game of cricket , feeding the sheep and alpacas or catching yabbies in the dam.
The outdoor entertaining areas feature 10/12 seating dining table, deck chairs, a contained wood fire pit, a large lounge with coffee table and large shade umbrella. In addition, the property offers a wood fired oven perfect for pizzas, baking and family roasts.
The house is fully furnished for total self contained living. The house can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. The lounge room has a large 65 inch smart TV, book library, LG Bluetooth speaker and a games cupboard which is amply stocked with games and puzzles.

This property is in the perfect position to explore the nearby wine and spa country and the Macedon Ranges. If you're after a weekend in the country indulging in the many relaxing delights like massages, facials, mineral spring baths only minutes away in Daylesford and Hepburn Springs, the many wineries offered by the region (Big Shed Winery, Wombat State Forest Winery and Glenlyon Estate Winery), only 5 to 10 minutes away, or more active outdoor pursuits like riding the nearby bike trails or bushwalking in the Wombat State Forest. This property has it all! You can feed the friendly sheep, watch the abundance of wild birds, kangaroos and wild ducks, or go yabbying in the dam.
Explore nearby Trentham
It's just 15 minutes to Daylesford and Kyneton, 15 minutes to Woodend and the famous Hanging Rock, and only 10 minutes to Trentham. Trentham is a hidden gem, and this lovely country village is filled with character, gorgeous gardens and restaurants and pubs. It also boasts great artisan bakeries, cafes for breakfast and lunch and a supermarket with a wine store.
Every third Saturday of the month, the Trentham Farmers Market sets up shop in the town square. This small local affair has fruit and veg, local produce like honey and homemade preserves, freshly baked bread from Red Beard Bakery, a sausage sizzle, craft items and even live poultry.
You can also visit the beautiful Trentham Falls, the longest drop waterfall in Victoria, which cascades 32 metres into the Coliban River and the first class 18 hole Trentham Golf Club that welcomes visitors for a round or two of golf.
