To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors, we have the following strict policies in place:

Parties and events are strictly prohibited on the property.
We use noise monitoring devices (they do not record audio, only measure volume levels).
If a party is detected:
Authorities will be contacted immediately
All guests will be required to leave the property
A $500 fine will be charged
No refunds will be issued
Guests will be held responsible for any damages
