This newly updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac and offers a comfortable, relaxed place to settle in during your stay in Springfield. Located directly behind CoxHealth Medical Center and near Medical Mile, it’s a great fit for medical visits, families, or anyone wanting a central location with an easy in-and-out of town.

Inside, the home features a spacious, open living area with plenty of seating for gathering, watching TV, or unwinding after a long day. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, and the bar-height dining area offers seating for group meals or casual mornings. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a few thoughtful extras to make your stay more comfortable.

Step outside to enjoy a fully fenced backyard with a deck and seating beneath a willow tree—perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening. We loved our time here. It was three adults and two kids, age 6, for 3 nights. There was plenty of room for all of our stuff, and we were comfortable in all of the rooms. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We could've been comfortable in this house for a long stay. It was exactly as described, and the hosts were helpful when needed.

We work in Springfield frequently. Could not find a decent hotel our last stay, so gave this a shot. It was PERFECT. The size, layout, location, everything. It was very clean and great work spaces for when we were not visiting clients. We think we found our SWMO home base and intend to stay again!
