At the moment breakfast isn’t being served but not a big deal, parking was very easy and close to the entrance not much walking having to be done, staff was very friendly and accommodating the place was very clean and very quiet definitely worth the money in my opinion looking forward to staying again

The room was recently refurbished but it was done with cheap materials. The bathtub was disgusting. Breakfast was literally stale muffins and burned coffee.

Was pleasently surprised given the reviews. My only complaint would be the lack of elevator which I either missed on the description or couldnt find. Either way i would have requested a first floor room if I had realized. Both the receptionist and GM were incredibly pleasant. The beds were comfortable and clean, the wifi was functional, and it met our needs sans using the stairs which for the price point was refreshing. If I had to nit pick there was some incredibly minor maintence/paint upkeep that could be done but I have seen far worse at higher rated and more expensive hotels in the area.

Linens and bathroom were clean. Rooms are not well soundproofed, so noise from the hall came through clearly, unfortunately. Staff were all really nice!

Upon entering the room u could immediately see that the floors had NOT been swept or mopped. Everything else is excellent. They could use a bit more amenities in the suite on the 1st floor I. E. Paper towels, toaster, a bit more selection of pans and maybe a broom and mop

Staff was very, very helpful and accommodating. Jasmine at the front desk was superb with answering any questions we had, give that woman a raise. Rooms have been nicely renovated, however the cleanliness of it was not great. I would stay here again. Price point was great, location, and the free parking was a nice touch. The staff alone is the reason I would return if needed.

The hotel was recently remodeled so everything was new and nice. Mattress was great. Heat/AC worked great. All amenities were provided in the bathroom, and coffee maker in the room. It's too bad the left over reviews are still on Google from the former hotel. A little breakfast in the morning made the stay perfect. It was walking distance from the Big E which was great as parking is a premium in the area. One negative: I think I'm too old to figure out a Roku device to get the TV to work. LOL
