Attention with the deposit

We arrived as a group and were looking forward to a relaxed weekend. The house was simply furnished, but basically clean.The individual items (pool table, ping pong table, dart board) were partly in the years but still functional. The kitchen was very well equipped. At the final inspection came the surprise. The 380€ mandatory final cleaning includes hardly any service, so that the house must still be cleaned meticulously. We subsequently had to pay another 400€, because there were water stains on the windows and the floor was not wiped. The agency did not respond to queries, so we are disappointed in retrospect.
