This 2-bedroom cottage plus guest house with third bedroom and 1/2 bath is perfect for your family escape to Lake Champlain in Vermont. Nestled in a tranquil setting, this gorgeous property offers a phenomenal retreat for guests. The cottage has two bedrooms featuring a comfortable queen bed and three twin beds, The guest house has a cozy full bed plus twin bunk - a great place for teens or another couple. The location on the shores of the lake ensures a restful night's sleep. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and heating plus a full kitchen you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The two bathrooms provide convenience for all guests. Whether you're exploring the city or simply relaxing in the serene surroundings, our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Vermont. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, playing corn hole or peacefully sitting on the dock enjoying a morning coffee by the shore or in the fully screened porch .

Great Experience

Great Lake house and wonderful set up. Clean and had all the amenities that were listed. Property manger was so nice and very quick with responding to questions. This is one saved in the books when we come back to VT.

Great camp, amazing views!

This camp had everything we needed for a great stay! From the Keurig for morning coffee, the filtered water spout in the kitchen, the ample space to spread out for four of us, to the window air conditioning units, this place was full of amenities! Sitting on the porch and gazing out on the lake was amazing! Being able to have my boat right there on the property's dock was definitely a game changer. It was very peaceful. Leaving the property, my boys asked if we could make this our annual camp for our special weekend. I agree, I sure hope we're able to!

Weekend get-a-way

This trip was just what I was looking for, a get away to relax I was looking for a cabin on the water with a fire pit and grill, this had all of this and then more. We did not want to leave the peace and quiet, I had my coffee on the porch overlooking the water every morning. We hope to go back soon.

Wonderful and peaceful cottage

The time spent at this cottage was just what we hoped for including a beautiful lake view and peaceful screened porch, which was perfect for morning coffee and anytime relaxing. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The kayaks, canoe, and corn hole were nice extras! The host was quick to respond to a message and very pleasant. We would definitely return to stay again in the future!

Adorable cottage with great views.

I wish we could have stayed longer! Cute cottage with great lake access. We didn't swim but did use the canoe. The from the covered porch were awesome. Didn't get a chance to use the firepit ether but we would definitely go back. Thank you!screened in
