Smiddy Burn is a charming, cosy cottage on two floors, less than 10 minutes' walk to Kingsbarns Golf Links and approximately 10 minutes' drive from St Andrews. A converted byre in a quiet, charming conservation village, it is also an ideal walkable location for weddings at Cambo House.



Sleeping up to 4 guests across two first-floor bedrooms with a ground-floor bathroom, the East Neuk has lots to offer from here — a round of golf, a coastal walk, or exploring St Andrews and the quaint fishing villages, you will be spoilt for choice!





The Space



Offering 67 m² of accommodation, the ground floor has a lounge/dining area, the kitchen and the bathroom, with both bedrooms on the first floor. Guests have free BT Superfast Fibre broadband plus Netflix, and there is also a DVD library and several board games for cosy evenings in.
