The large modern living room has many windows opening onto the outside, and is furnished with a large white sofa and armchairs around a coffee table, facing the panoramic view over the cliff and the ocean. Decorated with art, this welcoming room is very bright and luminous. Another lounge is located on the lower floor and comes with a cinema projection room for pleasant movie nights in a warm atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor dining rooms welcome you and your guests for delicious meals cooked by the private chef at your disposal during your stay.

Outside, you’ll find a beautiful terrace with two sumptuous swimming pools (one of which is heated), loungers shaded by palm trees, as well as a jacuzzi lit at night in a fairy-tale atmosphere. The vegetal environment provides a delightfully fresh touch to the whole. A little further up the cliff, there is a private area furnished with sofas for pleasant relaxing sessions overlooking the ocean.

The luxury vacation home Casa Del Mar is composed of six air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms. They are prettily decorated with original colours which provide a pleasant touch for an unforgettable stay in St. Barths.
