This was the second time we stayed for the trip and this time the room was not clean. There were items that belonged to previous guests, like trash and a bobby pin. The shower curtain had what looked like blood stains. It was pretty uncomfortable.

Clean room, spacious, quiet. Friendly front desk staff with fast and easy checking in and out. It would’ve been a 5 star if the housekeeping would have adhere to the “do not disturb” sign on the door. She didn’t knock, she opened the door and proceeded to walk in and said “hello housekeeping”. My husband was downstairs at the time so I thought it was him returning to the room. I just looked at her and said “excuse me” and she rushed out and said sorry. Other than that lack of respect for privacy from that housekeeper, the facility was not a bad place to stay.

Upon checking in, the front staff was amazing, she was so pleasant and welcoming. Although the temp outside was 50* the outside pool and hot tub were clean and towels were available. Room was large and comfortable. One quick note…we were given a handicapped room on the second floor. I swear to you, the floor is slanted and didn’t “feel normal” to walk across. It really messed with our head!!

First off-the hotel smells great! The room was very spacious. When asked for extra towels and toilet paper, it was delivered to our room within 10 minutes. Breakfast was simple and clean. Staff was always a pleasure. The gentleman at the front desk gave us nice spots to eat and they were delicious. Did have an issue with the wrong card being charged but it happens…

Very clean hotel with large rooms. There are plenty of dining options within a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Hotel is also right off I-15 and easy to get to. Will stay there again.
