This area can also be accessed by walking around the left of the property, a perfect opportunity to store the wetsuits, body boards and surfboards after a full day at the beach.

• Access Statement: Cockleshells is a duplex apartment split over two floors. Guests are required to enter through a ground floor communal door into the apartment block. The entrance into the holiday home is immediately on the left once inside. The external door leading out of the kitchen to the rear outside patio area has a step over threshold.
