Continue through to the gorgeous sitting room where large windows perfectly frame the impressive views of St Ives. Sink into the luxurious corner sofa and unwind with a Smart television and electric fire, or simply relax and watch the waves roll in.

Upstairs, discover the second bedroom, featuring a sumptuous king-size bed and captivating sea views, alongside the third bedroom, which offers comfortable twin beds. A beautifully appointed bathroom with a free-standing bath, separate shower, wash basin, and WC completes this level.

The lower ground floor features an additional living space, bedroom and kitchen.
