We have stayed here several times, as it’s moderately priced and close to some property we own at the lake. Never again! Waking up in the night to find roaches on the wall was absolutely disgusting. Not to mention to kiosk you now use to check in. To see the reviews that say the property has recently been remodeled is an absolute lie! They have to be creating fake profiles. Nope! Never again!
the we using a remote checs bill the I enterd did aTHE SAME AS when I entered the Others. I had just gone to the bank and knew exactly to the nickey how many $20 bill I had Still the remote check in guy equired ne to add $20 as as he claimed there was no way to put $ in and him not to know it. He also for unknown reasons charged me a $100 deposit claiming (i should get it back at checkut plus if they found an additional $20 I would get it back) so now my $97 one nite room is up to $217.
Lucily qa local manger ???bobby appeared and told me HQ did not show any extra Monies collected and I again explained it did not feel as though the device took the noney but the bill fell into the nachine, they could not open the kiosk til morning. Not much latr "Bobby" returned the "deposit plus $20 he found in the machine. Evidntly he contacted HQ and was given permission to open the remote kiosk and indeed found the $20 bill it was in the workings of the machine. Thanks & hooray to the local guy "Bobby" for taking ownership of the issue and following through. BOO to "talking head" ouf state handleing reservations for how many other locations in a manner not befitting this company. I know the need to keep down costs but in this case it is a failed experiment and I would expect the "remote check in checkout kiosk" to be headed to the dump.Don't even get me started on the crap w/ the kiosk when our only keycard was locked in. There were cockroaches in the room and lobby. Pubic hairs in the bathroom. The bedding looked as if it had not been washed in weeks. This place is aweful
There wasnt a live person at the front desk, everything was done virtual. Then we got to our room and the first thing i noticed was a cockroach, then there was more of them, i walk down stairs and ask to be moved to a different room and they do i ask for a peron on site to meet me at the new room to make sure there are no bugs in this room and the first thing as soon as we open the door is another cockroach. I qas so mad at this point we grabbed our stuff and walked down stairs to resquest our money back. The virtual guy says i am so sorry of course we will process the return. I had to drive over 50 miles to the next hotel. I am very disappointed and will never stay at this place and i recommended nobody else to stay here either

Kick remote person check in…?…maybe I’m old school but I like to know there is a live person here if needed. The kiosk person said she could call someone if I needed anything…just weird to me.
Avoid at all costs. Very shoddily maintained and not clean. Could not get any rest from being too hot and the cleanliness/moldy smelling ac making me cough. The building and area felt sketchy. Oh, and the ac unit shakes the bed so it feels sickening

Well first you are treated by a telecom machine no person even at the desk ever. It smelled funny in there when entering seen a small roach. Have no elevators and when traveling with a toddler we all know you have a lot of things to carry in and that's hard to do going up stairs and not to mention I have health issues to make it even harder. The air conditioner wasn't that cold. Oh and the parking lot is not friendly to Dooley trucks. The bed was comfy and shower had some left over pubic hairs in it.

Problem getting internet hooked up and rug was wet and bathroom floor was wet looks like they just steamed clean carpet and mop floors in my unit. Talking to the kiosk machine to check in was longer than usual. These was the first time I was displeased with my stay all the other times I stay there was get and very pleasant. I guess they were having a bad day. I still will stay there again it’s ours stop coming back home from vacation. This place is in a good location for sleep getting fuel and to eat everything thing is around here.

Its right next to the McDonalds and the windows shades didnt completely close. So the lights from McDonalds shoned into the room all night.
Check in was very quick. Curtains were off the rods/tracks and I had to use my hair clips to pin them together for privacy. Pet price was pretty steep compared to other similar hotels. Breakfast was lacking variety in healthy food options. Couch in room was filthy with dog hair.
The room was clean and ready for us. Great king sized bed and wonderful shower. Newly remodeled. The breakfast was minimal, but we came to sleep, shower and grab some coffee and something to chew on before continuing our trip. Would stay here again without a doubt .

The carpet in the room was dirty, the bathroom was old and dirty and there was a cockroach in the bathroom this morning. Breakfast was adequate.
