Casa Italiana: Cozy home in the heart of The Hill
Welcome to our cozy cottage on The Hill in Saint Louis! Located in the heart of this vibrant Italian neighborhood, our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom sandwiched between Zia's, Milo's Bocce Garden - local bar, and Gelato Di Roso, Pizzeria de Gloria, and Missouri Bakery (try the chocolate drops!).
A perfect place to stay for visitors who want a comfortable place to call home while exploring all that St. Louis has to offer. The interior is warm, inviting with private back patio to relax.
The space
This is a single family home with the main living area about 10 steps up to main entry. The cozy living room is furnished with brand new furniture from West Elm and Pottery Barn as well as a new 65 inch smart TV. There are two main bedrooms off the main hallway equip with new Luxe Helix mattresses and hotel quality sheets. There is a new full bathroom on the main floor. In the basement, there is access to a washer and dryer as well as the full bathroom with bath tub. There are steep steps, about 10, to get to the downstairs bathroom.
In the backyard, is a small concrete patio with bbq grill and sitting area. This is fenced in and is pet friendly (but no grass) . Not to worry the neighborhood is GREAT For walking dogs with a local park nearby. We do have a list of local recommendations as well.
