The hotel was sold out and filled with hospital staff because of a snow storm. Staff was rude and unhelpful because they were short staffed. I tried to check in online but couldn’t get my digital key. After standing in line for over 30 minutes to check in I was handed a key to a room that was not the room I requested. The person at the front desk told me they were being handed out at random because they were sold out. She acted annoyed and overwhelmed. This simply can’t be the first time they have been full. They only gave me one towel and when I called for a second she said they didn’t have anymore. I had to use a hand towel! The room was clean but felt old. The paint was browning and peeling in the bathroom. She stuck me right by the elevator and I could hear everything in the hallway. I didn’t get any discounts and the room was expensive. I felt like I was staying in a youth hostel.
