Staff was amazing as always. Room was clean. I like firm pillows, and they have soft. I didn't bring mine so my sleep wasn't as good as I would of liked it. My fault. When we are in town I will always try and stay here.

The staff could not have been nicer. The toilet had a mishap and flooded the bathroom, but engineering came up and replaced the flushing handle. The ADA room is not completely equipped to be an ADA room. They did bring a shower chair, though.
