This property is mainly for subsidized people. They have a right to be there. But it should be advertised. I use Expedia when I travel. Or did use! Really disappointed in your lack of quality property. Took 3 TV remote changes. And one room change. Woman awoke me at 4:30 am loudly praying! Was tired all today because of lack of rest. Had to drive 13 hours in just over 24 hours too. Bad job Expedia!

There was no one in the lobby to check us in and when they finally did they gave us a room that somebody was in. Hotel and area is dirty, nasty and a little bit scary based upon its occupants

Bad business

Up on our arrival, at the extended stay hotel they said that we did not have a reservation there. They did not see our name and did not allow us to have a room on top of that. They charged us for the room that we never stayed in without a refund.

The room leaked from the air conditioner the fridge and under the bathroom sink they sent someone to fix it and all he did was give us new towels to put on the floor that wa supper to last a week it left a smell and I couldn’t wait to leave

It was the grossest place I’ve ever stayed! Hair on the counter and in the sink. Dried food on the floor. It looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. The roomed reeked of pot all night and we could barely breathe.

Disgusting Hotel

Got to hotel. Was told was overbooked and no rooms available. Hotel looks like a war zone and some place likely to get a disease from. Cannot recommend enough to never stay there
