I have never been so scared in my life.. i tried within minutes of booking through hotels.com to change my reservation. We were in a horrendous storm and missed the exit. Could not get you so called the hotel. The man said thats what we get for booking through you. And hung up on me...i want a refund. We almost died on the road. I then got a lady who was nice but was on hold for 20 mins and then lost the call. I will never use hotels.com again or stay at a holiday inn. This was literally highway robery.
