The breakfast staff and breakfast was very nice! The only thing that needed attention was the first floor restrooms on the day of checkout. Other than that, we thought the hotel was very good and clean for our family.

Our family of five stayed in Troy for a nearby wedding. The room was very comfortable. The couch floated out into a bed which worked for one of our kids. The breakfast was great both days. The only problem we had was that there was not enough carts for our luggage at checkout.There was a great Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins store nearby.

Rooms were great, well cared for and clean. Towels were disappointing for a Holiday Inn. Elevator was broke so had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs! It worked coming down, so that was weird!
