I was greeted by an extremely please and knowlegable lady at the front desk. She was super friendly and happy, and helpful with making sure you had directions to where you needed to go. The lobby was beautiful. My room was absolutely amazing!! It was hot outside and it was so nice walking into my room and the a/c on and the room cool!! The bed was nice and comfortable. I very much enjoyed having all the lighting in the room along with the outlets!! The only thing I will say is that in the bathroom there is large pieces of something falling down off the ceiling that needs to be repaired. It wasn't a big issue to me, but to some it may be. Other than that issue, my stay was very relaxing and comortable!!! I would most defintely recommend staying and when back in this area, I will be staying again!!!! Thank you for the great service I received.

Bathroom had water stains on the ceiling. Shower curtain hung several inches on the bottom of the tub. Toilet had issues flushing. Hair dryer had to be replaced, as the one I tried to use started smoking as soon as it was turned on. Light switch for the bathroom was hidden.

This property was by far. The worst that I’ve ever stayed at the rooms were half clean the outside full of day walkers looking for something to make them happy!! cigarette butts all over the outside of the parking lot old the carpet going up the steps full of animal hair my room reeked of cigarettes. I was very unpleased in this place. I would not take my kids to this hotel and it was mentioned to be a family hotel .The staff was great. That was the only place about this hotel.

Checked in, had to see if the room was still available. Had to carry some pricey items in and did not feel safe doing so as at least three different people commented and questioned the items. No tissue in room, pubic hair on wall in shower, shower water ran hot and cold many times, only breakfast was toast, eggs, and yogurt.

Didn't service the room unless I asked. Continental breakfast was basically non-existent. Pancake machine broken the whole time. Couple mornings there was no milk for cereal, no eggs, no sausage, no muffins. Had toast for breakfast.

nice stay in St Louis area

The room was clean, especially the bathroom. The thermostat worked wonderfully. The bathtub was slow to drain, but I did love the rain shower head. The staff was friendly. My stay was Wednesday to Wednesday. From arrival until Monday morning the breakfast area was dirty and not stocked. Monday and Tuesday were great because a staff member named Anna did a wonderful job!! SAFETY ISSUE--no backup generator or emergency lighting when the power is out!!! Fortunately I arrived to my room before sunset. If I had been in the room after dark and could not find my phone to use the flashlight, I could have fallen down the stairs. This issue needs a fix!

The room smelled old and musty but was clean for the most part. The general condition of the hotel could use work. Elevator windows were filthy. Breakfast hot food was empty on one day and the pancake machine was not working.

The hotel is very clean with modern decor. My room was spacious and clean, with a good size bathroom, dedicated work space. The room included an oversized comfy chair and tv. My room was on the 6th floor, had sliding glass door to a balcony overlooking the city with a view of the Arch. Everything was better than described. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dalton was especially kind, empathetic, and helpful. I will stay here again.

My reservation, made 3 weeks ago, was not honored. I was told that one of two rooms might be available, but that the second room may not be available at all. This was due, I was told, to a shortage of housekeeping staff…while a member of housekeeping was standing next to me. I cancelled the reservation and went elsewhere.

Their computer assigned our room to another person after we checked in. The new room had no comforters and was very clean. The second night our keys were deactivated and the staff couldn’t fix it. They didn’t bring the requested comforter or blanket. The never fixed the key issues. We had to be let in by an employee who had the managers key. Won’t use them again.

Overall the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Except for the first night. A woman @Diamond” gave me a key to a dirty room. I complained and she reacted rudely and defensively. She then gave me another room…also dirty. I tried to stay calm but I was frustrated after driving 10 hours and being exhausted. She basically was rude from there on out. Reported her to the manager who was lively and the rest of the stay was pleasant.

Desk staff were helpful. Our electronic room keys had to be redone 5 times over the two night stay. The morning breakfast options were very slim. The only gluten free option was dry cereal (all they had was Rice Krispies).
