Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway, a vacation, or an extended stay, this is the perfect place! With room for up to 6 guests, the airy semi-open floor plan features a full kitchen, comfortable living room, huge windows, and city views. This state-of-the-art loft is designed to give you an upscale and vibrant Retro City Street Vibe. Our place is a 3-minute walk to the new soccer stadium, located between all major attractions and surrounded by AMAZING restaurants!


* Important Information for Guests

This space is a GROWN and SEXY Clubhouse for ADULTS! It is not recommended for small children. The unit is not childproof, and guests booking with children do so at their own risk. Any damages will be the guest’s responsibility. Please message me before booking if you have any questions about safety or accommodations.



* Sleeping Arrangements – Open Loft Floor Plan

This one-bedroom, open-concept loft can accommodate up to 6 guests:

• 1 Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)

• 1 Futon in front corridor (considered a 2nd bedroom with a privacy divider) – Sleeps 1

• 2 Futons in living room – Each sleeps 1

• 1 Twin-Size Roller Bed – Sleeps 1

• The base price includes 2 guests.

• Each additional guest (over 2) is $25 per night.

• Example: If 4 guests total stay for 3 nights → 2 extra guests x $25 x 3 nights = $150

This fee helps cover the extra cleaning, additional linen use, and overall accommodation needs that come with hosting more guests.

Please make sure to include all guests on your reservation, including children, for liability and insurance purposes. Guest count will be confirmed, and if needed, we will update the reservation and send a request for any additional guest fees.

We were only in the area for a weekend, and this place was perfect! It was only the two of us, so much more space than we needed. Very fun and cute. It is well-located, close to several dining options and activities. The host was communicative and responded to my many messages in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

The good, the bad, the ugly

The Good:First and foremost, the location of the property was perfect. Centrally located amidst local and tourist attractions. The city very was awesome. Instructions for the property were clear and precise. Very easily followed. The geaphic art esthetic of the apartment was very cool.The bad:Just one thing, the listing says 2 rooms. There is only one. The listing should also mention that it is an open style apartment and the only "room" with a door is the bathroom.The ugly: "Ugly" is a harsh word. So, we'll say less especially pleasing. The couches are hard and not comfortable, the futon that is advertised as the second bed is also uncomfortable. The layout of the apartment doesn't really allow for a great place for the twin roll-away bed. It felt in the way.Suggestions:Where the living room and fireplace is, make it a second toom. Put a wall or divider up to separate that area and the dinning/kitchen area. Get a smaller dinning table, the one there is too big for the space.All that aside, it's a great space for one person or a couple who shares a bed.

Colorful, well appointed, centrally located apartment

I greatly enjoyed my stay. This home was comfortable, bright and well situated in downtown area. Latisha was an excellent communicator. She modified my booking, rearranged cleaning to accommodate my schedule, helped me unlock the door! She was very kind, supportive and available when I needed her. Five stars. Highly recommend.

Very Unique

If you appreciate street art then this is the perfect stay for you! There was alot of thought and creativity put into this place and we loved it! We were able to play cards and games at the long dining table and take in the city views as it snowed. The area was very accommodating! In walking distance to the city museum, which is a huge plus. The apartment is very quiet! We didnt hear anyone around us. We loved the fact that we could find little art pieces throughout the apartment that we didnt notice the first time. Even laying in bed looking at the mirror the graffiti wall in the living room bounces off the mirror, making a whole new picture! We loved every bit of it! It was a bit tricky to check in. We didnt have the proper link to get access to the building but the owner was super sweet and called us to walk us through how to get in. I wasnt a fan of the parking. We weren't able to stay in a gated parking lot or the garage which made me a bit uneasy. Car break-ins are very common for that area. In fact, there was broken glass outside our building. The couches were very uncomfortable! Luckily, there is an extra futon when you walk into the apartment and a very nice pullout bed that we used for the older kids.I was a little shocked to hear that we needed to fold the linen from the fold out bed back up and put them back in the bags before we left. That tells me that they arnt normally washed but I could be wrong. They did smell and look clean when we pullg.
