We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and liked the affordability for the space with 3 young children. We were spending a couple of days in St. Louis and didn’t want to stay downtown. The free breakfast was great and Jackie, the lady working, was fabulous. We had ants in our room and when we let them know, they sprayed. However, there were still some lingering ants during our stay. The furniture and room could definitely use an update, but overall our stay was good.

Disappointing

Staybridge in O’Fallon, MO was ok. Pros: room was spacious for family of 3. The pull out sofa bed was nice for our 6-year old. Cons: no linens and pillows for the sofa bed. When we asked front desk if they had any, they were able to give us sheets but no comforter and no pillow. They said they were full. Also, the front desk person was not the nicest. We checked in around 9 pm so maybe he was already at the end of his shift, but he was not courteous at all. No acknowledgment. When he gave us our hotel keys, he didn’t say anything so I stood there for a few seconds thinking check in was not done. Lastly, the light in our bathroom did not work. It was already 10 pm so we didn’t report it right away. We just wanted to get some sleep. Overall, our stay at Staybridge was disappointing. As an IHG member, I’ve stayed at other Staybridge hotels and this was not a good stay.

It needs updated furnature it has holdes and staines, my kids refused to sit on them. Bathrooms need a good deep cleaning. Floors are newer paint is newer. Beds were comfy, breakfast had good options my family all found something.

Nice staff, but hotel property is in dire need to maintenance and renovation. Everything is falling apart, and the furniture is so run down that it needs to be disposed of.
