Staff was delightul and courteous as always. The , room was clean but the couch was well worn and frayed on the edges. Maintenance fixed our microwave the next morning! Can’t wait to return next year

Nice newer hotel. Was a little hard to find entrance on a busy road. Friendly staff. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Not far from zoo.

Cleanliness was good but there were no towels available for three people. Also when we got into the room there were a few dirty or used dishes placed where the clean dishes were. Housekeeping should pay more attention to have enough towels on the room and the cleanliness of dishes

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the breakfast needs variety. It needs a waffle maker or pancake maker for the kids. You can’t expect kids to eat breakfast sandwiches or omelets

Requested at booking and a call after - 1st floor by side exit door since we were traveling with a service dog. No one paid attention to the request. No coffee in the morning. Came back 1 hr later, no coffee at the breakfast. Staff has gone downhill in recent years. Have stayed here since they opened 5 years ago not as friendly or focused as in the past
