The location of the hotel was good and across from the airport and the staff was extremely nice and people friendly I love the customer service. I had to rate it with a low score because the place had a strong smell of dog urine from the moment you walk into the door, my 4 year old walked through covering his nose and said mommy it smell like dog. The room itself was clean and the linen was clean as well but the room smelled like marijuana but that’s okay I had Lysol spray, poopuri spray and Clorox wipes so that was no problem. But I did have a problem when I said no room service and I came back and someone had been in my room therefore I had to throw away my baby’s soda and food because I don’t trust people around open food and then had to go to the front desk about 11 last night because I could hear someone running back and forth over my head. Why I didn’t leave because I would’ve lost 1 night stay if I canceled it but I will not book there again when I visit St.Louis.

The worker that was there was rude, like her job is actually hard, I had over 1000$ in my bank at the time of check in and my card was declined on their side due to “insufficient funds” stating I only had 15$. Literal joke. The room was dirty, and some woman’s weave hair in the floor, and a locket my 1 year old was trying to swallow from the floor as well. Stains on the bed sheet. Neither card worked for the door. ac was broke. The microwave was broke as well. Like shut down if ur going to be that lazy.

My brief stay

Upon arrive at the location i noticed a smell that seemed to permeate throught the entire building. There was no one waiting at the front desk and i waited about 5 mins for someone to show up. After handling check in i went to the room and entered to be greeted with another oderous smell of moisture and a muggy feeling in the air. I tried to settle in the room but after inspecting the room thoroughly i noticed the carpet was wet and i went completely around the perimeter of the room. I asked for a refund and explained that the room is not in good condition and

The girl at the front desk was amazing! But the toilet in our room did not work and the room was dirty. The common area wreaked of urine.
