Ants all over the dirty room. Only 2 small pillows for a king size bed. Place wreaked of pot like someone smoked it out their a$$.

Staff helpful and pleasant; however property is older and needs general maintenance - faucets leaked, bathtub did not drain. Non smoking room had lingering smoke odor.
One of my issues was that my room carpet was gross. The linens were okay. Crappy breakfast buffet. But my biggest issue is that after I paid my reservation in Travelocity, they charged me an extra $200, which I had to get refunded. I would never stay in a Travelodge again. Not worth trying to save $20
The floors in the room were not clean. One of the key cards did not work. The TV remote did not work. Advertised continental breakfast and it did not have any hot food, just cold cereal, bagels, fruit, etc., so should say complimentary breakfast, not continental breakfast. Walls were very thin which made for a noisy stay. No elevator to assist with bringing in and taking out of luggage and for me not having to climb stairs as I have breathing issues. When I booked the room there was no indication on my prepaid receipt that you would require another $50 on my credit card for a deposit. Will not be staying at this location again when flying out of Lambert in St. Louis.
I was redirected to a room on the first floor near the lobby and that was a big help because I am disabled the staff is really polite and helpful and my stay was peaceful and enjoyable
I a disabled vet. Was suppose to of had my room on the first floor. They tell me there’s none available. They have no elevators. I had to have someone to help me up the stairs. Get to my room and the shower is leaking loudly. The covers were dirty. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed… it was a lot. The staff was extremely rude. (Besides one individual). They finally moved me to a 1st floor (when I was told none was available). And guess what?? There were ants crawling over everything in that room. I told them I wanted a refund and now I’m sleeping in the airport.. after being accused of taking their blow dryer?? No one would even want to touch that.
Rooms were nasty the sheets had black stains and dirt on them asked for refund offered another room which was suppose to be better room lol no air conditioning in that room hallway smells the whole second floor smells looks nothing like pictures on site had to buy clean sheets and covers you could hear noise all night long oh and the so call breakfast I wouldn’t feed that to my dog no elevator one ice and vending machine first floor only the power went out over in the night the door pads kept clicking like somebody was trying to come in the room never ever ever will I stay in a travel lodge again
When we arrived at the hotel, there was a vehicle with a busted out back window, and other people outside doing drugs in their car. We were put in an upstairs room and there are no elevators. So to prevent our windows from being busted out, we had to drag all of our belongings up the stairs. Also the key cards strip out and don’t work extremely often. The outside security camera had cords dangling down from it. I don’t even know if it worked. We tried to get our money back and find somewhere else to stay, but they have a very strict policy about refunds and cancellations so we stayed. But we will never be back. The inside of the rooms had spackle jobs that had been patched and not painted. There were unattended, children, running around the lobby and up and down the stairs. Just because it’s by Wyndham does not mean it’s a good place to stay.

I was charged double, the room was dirty, we got calls at 2 and 3 in the morning while we were asleep about noise complaints.
