Als de voordeur opengaat dan straalt de Caribische zee je tegemoet. Heerlijke sfeervolle patiovilla met een aan de zeezijde uitgebouwde porch met aparte lounge- en eetgedeelte. Vanaf de porche kom je via de comfortabele trap bij het royale pooldeck met prive zwembad, zonneterassen en verrijdbare gazebo voor extra schaduw. Hieronder dineren en genieten van de meest spectaculaire zonsondergangen is pure romantiek en een feest. In de villa bevinden zich 3 slaapkamers. De masterbedroom heeft een eigen badkamer met douche, wastafel en toilet en openslaande deuren direct naar de porch. De 2 andere slaapkamers delen een moderne badkamer eveneens voorzien van douche, toilet en wastafel. De woonkamer is voorzien van een handgemaakte stijlvolle keuken voorzien van inbouwapparatuur, zoals een oven, gaskookplaat en vaatwasser. Tevens is er een ruime koel-vriescombinatie met ijsblokjesmachine. Zowel de open keuken als de woonkamer hebben dubbele openslaande deuren met directe toegang tot de porch. In de separate berging bevinden zich de wasmachine en droger.

De slaapkamers zijn allemaal voorzien van shutters en airconditioning.

Aan de voorzijde van de villa bevindt zich een carport en parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein voor meerdere auto's. De villa is destijds ontworpen door de bekende architect Jan des Bouvrie.

Op Coral Estate, direct aan de Caribische zee bevindt zich een prachtig strand en 2 goede sfeervolle restaurants voor zowel een heerlijk ontbijt, lunch als diner, een gezellige bar met prachtig zwembad en een moderne Spa & Wellness. Een bakker / coffee / Icecreamcorner bevinden zich eveneens op loopafstand.

Coral Estate is zeer ruim opgezet met veel groen en prachtige bloemen, biedt hierdoor aan een ieder veel privacy en heeft 24/7 bewaking.

Coral Estate ligt ± 20 minuten van Hato airport aan de Westkant van WIllemstad. Dit gedeelte van het eiland is vooral bekend om de variatie aan bijzondere natuurlijke baaien met romantische strandjes en hier maak je de foto's van de echte Curacaose turquoise zee. In de directe nabijheid bevinden zich de Cas Abao, Playa Porto Mari, Daaibooi, Lagun (met altijd een schildpad) en Knip. Een oase voor snorkelaars, duikers en strandliefhebbers. De Oostkant van Willemstad kent eigenlijk alleen aangelegde stranden.

From the porch you can reach the spacious pool deck with a private swimming pool, sun terraces and mobile gazebo for extra shade via the comfortable stairs. Dining below and enjoying the most spectacular sunsets is pure romance and a celebration.

There are 3 bedrooms in the villa. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and patio doors directly to the porch. The 2 other bedrooms share a modern bathroom, also equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. The living room has a handmade stylish kitchen with built-in appliances, such as an oven, gas hob and dishwasher. There is also a spacious fridge-freezer with ice maker. Both the open kitchen and the living room have double doors with direct access to the porch. The washing machine and dryer are located in the separate storage room.

The bedrooms are all equipped with shutters and air conditioning.

At the front of the villa is a carport and private parking for several cars. The villa was designed at the time by the well-known architect Jan des Bouvrie.

On Coral Estate, directly on the Caribbean Sea, there is a beautiful beach and 2 good atmospheric restaurants for a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner, a cozy bar with a beautiful swimming pool and a modern Spa & Wellness. A bakery / coffee / ice cream corner are also within walking distance.

Coral Estate is very spacious with lots of greenery and beautiful flowers, offering everyone a lot of privacy and has 24/7 security.

The East side of Willemstad actually only has landscaped beaches.
