Shipwatch Condos is a gated development right on the beach with a large pool, grill & picnic area, private beach access, and covered parking. Major exterior renovations were just completed in the summer of 2024. This unit is located on the 2nd floor (parking only on ground level) and has elevator and stair access. For convenience, Unit 114 has a large storage closet located on the ground level. Beach chairs, floats, umbrella, and children's bikes are available for your use, but there is still lots of extra room for any of your personal beach gear. This 2 bedroom condo also has a fold-out sofa bed in the living room which allows space for up to a total of 6 guests.
