Our keys kept on not working . One key was opening both our room doors and than not working . Woke up To big water bugs on the wall in one room and roaches on the other . We had to make sure we shook off all Our clothes and luggage . The roach had roach eggs in it . They couldn’t give me a discount because they already charged my card they said . So now I have to wait and speak with a manager and see what they can do about our stay and hope I didn’t bring any roaches with us back home . We drove 9 hours for a wedding to stay and that was our experience .

Overall the hotel was nice. However, there where some issues with the room (very dirty carpet, some spots of mold, chipped paint). They need a little more maintenance.

The property is dated but in good shape. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff is kind, friendly and helpful. Location is off the "main path" but so close to everything you might need while staying in town. I would stay here again.

The staff was super nice and Ms Kathie at the front desk was so understanding and helped us get a later check out for my daughter and grandson. They went above and beyond. Even offered us blueberry muffins when the breakfast was over and cleaned up. Just super friendly and accommodating.

Older hotel but very nice. Clean, comfortable, excellent staff, and great value. Highly recommend. Breakfast was nice and there’s a very welcoming and friendly lady to TAKE YOUR ORDER and help serve you. We could not have been happier with Monck’s Inn. They also gave great dinner recommendations

Wanting 150 cash deposit for smoking in room. 1 - don't smoke where I sleep. 2 cash deposit? 3. If you don't live with in 50 miles of hotel you are subjected to higher fees? 4. Don't advertise hot breakfast when you don't have hot breakfast 5. People living in hotel. 6. Building materials in hallway 7 paid in full on Expedia, then holding my card with out giving it back until I agreed to pay a second time The place was cute- right out of the 80's in room. Priced well, but needs work on the customer service .

Great Overnight Stay

The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The price was very good and the area quiet but with lots very close by. The breakfast attendant was a very nice touch.
